Antonio Battistella has over 45+ years in the food and beverage industry. He has trained as a Chef de Cuisine & Sommelier at some of the most elite restaurants along the East Coast. He started at Assorted Table in the winter of 2018 and quickly became our in-house fine wine expert. Antonio has had the opportunity to taste grand crus, first growths, prestige cuvées, and gran seleziones from exceptional vintages... wines that are now referred to as modern-day "unicorns."
