Brion Cephus is our Events Manager and Padawine. His love of curating memorable experiences puts his keen perspective on planning and execution to great use here at Assorted Table.

With a love for wine & food that was birthed during his time at Johnson & Wales University, Brion has ambitiously sought to leave his mark on the hospitality industry. He's ventured from boutique hotel management to consulting on wine programs & restaurant concepts in the Charlotte, NC market. Assorted Table is glad to have him curating our entire event program!

This renaissance man blends various mediums like fashion and music to create new conversation surrounding the subject of wine & connect people with the rich stories of talented professionals within the hospitality field. "The Certified Wino" does this all while inviting you to geek out with him over the vino in his glass any given week! When he isn’t out discovering new wines & shopping for new threads, you might find him hosting a pop up event in a city near you!
